I was so frustrated honestly, but Cora assisted me with answering all of my questions, and even explaining more of my policy that I was not aware of. She was so empathetic to my situation and even shared a personal experience with me to arrive at a possible solution for my situation. At the end of the call I was relieved, we adjusted my deductibles accordingly and I felt better about any future issues that may come up.
