He was diligent and so helpful and I am immeasurably grateful for his exceptional service!! Thanks to him and his colleague Rae Thompson (whom I didn’t speak to but helped behind the scenes and has been lovely in the past) we got the document right on time and my daughter passed her test and got her license.
